All custom orders (including custom stamping) are final sale.  If there is an error with your chain, clasps, or the makings of your piece, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product and we will be more then happy to fix it. Our stock pieces (pendants, chokers) are eligible for a refund if you are unhappy with the product within 7 days of receiving your item.  Please notify us at emiliakatejewelry@gmail.com if you are not satisfied with your piece and are planning to return or refund. 

Each Emilia Kate piece is created by hand.  Please allow up to 10 days for production, not including shipment time.

Take string (butcher's twine works best) and measure where you'd like your piece to sit on your neck or wrist area, then cut or mark the string and line up to a measuring tape.  Please reference our visual "Sizing Guide".  If you have further questions about appropriate sizing, send an email to emiliakatejewelry@gmail.com with the age, height, and weight of the person receiving the piece and we would be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect length!

If your chain breaks in any way, we will complementary re-chain your jewelry.  Please notify us with details as well as photos, and shipping address to emiliakatejewelry@gmail.com
